A limiting belief is a thought that has a negative impact on your life and goals because it holds you back, and it isn't usually true. Limiting beliefs stop you from moving forward and experiencing growth.

Did you feel mindful with hunger and fullness? Did you eat a balanced plate of vegetables, protein, starch, and fat at most meals? Any emotional eating to troubleshoot?

Are you prioritizing sleep and stress management?

What are the specific actions you are going to focus on over the next week or so?

Think about your current BIG goals. Consider the practices, skills, and actions required to achieve them. What are your intentions for the week ahead?
