The email course is set to start one day after your purchase. As soon as you enroll you’ll receive an email about what to expect, and your first day of email education will begin the day after.

The emails should take less than 5-10 minutes to read each day - they are concise, entertaining, and do not contain any nutrition jargon or confusing language. Promise!

Absolutely! You’ll have email access for questions and can expect a response within 48 hours on Monday through Friday during my business hours (8am-4pm PST). With the ability to ask questions, I’ll be able to REALLY support you and offer insights, tools, and strategies unique to your specific questions.

No, this isn’t the same as The Lifestyle Program. There are no coaching calls, and we won’t be able to do a deep-dive in the same way as 1:1 support. That being said, I will answer your individual questions as they come up throughout the month in a way that guides you out of overwhelm and into action-taking.
